❏ Living Area : The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa cum bed that can easily accommodate 2 adults and a one-seater sofa. The entertainment area includes a smart TV with OTT services, perfect for a lazy day at home. The living area also doubles up as a workspace for guests who need to work from home, with a high-speed internet connection and a Smart TV that can be used for virtual meetings or presentations.

❏ Kitchen : The fully equipped kitchen is designed with families in mind, with all the necessary amenities for cooking and preparing meals. The facilities provided in the kitchen include a fridge, drinking water with RO, mixi grinder, cookware, cooktop, chimney, cutlery, tea, coffee, and sugar sachets. The kitchen also includes a washing machine with a dryer facility for guests’ convenience.

❏ Bathroom : The bathroom is located on the ground floor of the apartment and features a separate shower zone. We provide gel, shampoo, and towels for guests, along with a hairdryer for their use. The storage space is ample, with a spacious wardrobe on the ground floor with hangers and enough space for luggage.

❏ Other Amenities : Other amenities at Mystic include power backup for up to 6 hours during power cuts, an iron board and iron for guests’ use, and a spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor chairs and green plants in the corner. The balcony also has a floor fan for guests’ comfort and is designated as the smoking area in the house.

❏ Bedroom : The highlight of Mystic is the spacious bedroom located upstairs in a duplex apartment layout, with a unique design and a ceiling height of 13ft. The room has a modern look and feel, with carefully curated lighting to create the perfect ambiance. There is also a designated sitting area in the bedroom, perfect for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. The bedroom also includes a dressing table with a mirror for guests’ convenience.

❏ Other Facilities : Caretaker provides cleaning on alternate days in the house which also includes changing of linen or change of Towels if required by the guest.
