The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably and features a Mediterranean-inspired decor that creates a calming and relaxing environment.

As you enter the apartment, you’ll notice the white furniture that signifies the purity of the church, teal and blue that represent different shades of the sea, green that signifies the palms and wilderness, and purple that represents the magic of Goa. These colors will play on you psychologically, making your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The bedroom is spacious and features a queen-size double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV with satellite channels and WiFi. The kitchen is fully functional with an induction/gas burner, RO filter, washing machine, utensils, cutlery, glasses, mugs, fruit basket, and water bottles. The drawing room features a Sofa Cum Bed that can be made available to accommodate kids or adults who book with our guests at an extra cost.

In addition to all of these amenities, the apartment also has a designated smoking area on the balcony. Melange Homestay is a perfect place for short and long stays, offering a refuge of privacy and serenity with discreet charm and elegant design. It intends to create a private hideaway in tune with nature, combining minimalist modern decor with high-class facilities and breathtaking views of the Arpora hills and vast estate.

The entire apartment belongs to the guest during their stay. Pool & gym are free to our guests, provided the rules are followed.

The rules are just the same rules you would apply in your house: respect for the other people living in the building and for all the things and the furniture in the apartment.

✔️The rooms are strictly a NO SMOKING; Please don’t smoke inside the house as some people are sensitive to the remaining odors. However, the attached gallery (Balcony) can be used for smoking. Apartment sanitizing charges of ma maximum of Rs.1000/ will be charged if traces of smoking are found in rooms.

✔️Occupancy in the apartment for other than Unit owners:
To avoid any misunderstanding, please note that it is our strict policy that the number of guests who may stay at our apartment must not exceed the number of actual beds existing in the apartment as disclosed to you during booking. Only those persons named on the confirmation Invoice may stay in the property. Subletting is forbidden.

✔️Peace and Quiet
Most of the apartments are owned by private individuals, many of whom live here. It is their home. Please respect their right to peace, quiet, and enjoyment of the facilities by observing a few simple rules:

• Keep noise down, more so after 10 pm.
• Don’t invite friends to use the pool/gym. It is only for the use of Unit owners or Residents of the Complex. Wear a Pool Costume when using the pool & strictly observe the Rules displayed near the Pool.
• Do not take furniture out of the apartment
• Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C.
• Ensure that all water taps and electrical appliances supply is turned off after use.
• We have a no-pet policy, please do not bring pets to the Complex.

✔️Guest’s Belongings
Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. Please do not leave the air-conditioner on and the windows open when you go out. We shall not under any circumstances take responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever.

✔️Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.

✔️Personal Injury to Guest
We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property’s facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises.

✔️Government Rules and Regulations
Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc. C Form should be filled in and handed over by non-Indian guests.
